Role: Project Manager
Location:: New York (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques and PMP certified
- 5 plus years of previous business experience in large project, global management/ transformation
- Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking and time management skills
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
- Smart Sheets experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents including C suite
(This role is not a scrum master role)
Skills and Qualifications:
●Experience: 5+ years of experience as a program delivery manager and 4+ years managing large development programs for multiple teams.
●Problem-Solving: Demonstrable expertise in finding creative solutions to complex problems.
●Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Project Management Tools, Smartsheet knowledge a plus.
●Communication: Strong verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
●Collaboration: Ability to influence without authority and build excellent cross-functional rapport with teams such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Commercial, Support, IT, and Governance. Attention to details a must
●Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt and pivot quickly based on evolving priorities.
